Paget & Copper Fox

Paget & Copper Fox
Our good neighbour Copper Fox announced today that it has bought more land, again to the north of their existing Schaft Creek project:

But I'll bet that Copper Fox is mighty interested to look southwards as well, which means to our Ball Creek tenure. Their aerial survey done earlier this year included a chunk of Paget's lands, and CF's announcement on June 21 stated "The results of the airborne survey identified a previously unknown 20km long positive magnetic feature that is associated with the Schaft Creek deposit and the ES and GK zones of copper mineralization." The southerly part of that 20km area crossed over the boundary of CF's land onto Paget's land.

No doubt David Volkert anticipated last spring that Copper Fox might one day be interested in these lands, which led him to snap them up.

It will be interesting to watch these lands being explored, and, maybe a deal will be worked out between the two companies.
