I just wanted to share me last email conversation with the CEO. He seems very positive about RGX's future.. It's starting to look like a no brainer here? imho.. Like canada7 mentioned previously. The Europac report is a must read. Then re-read and digest what it is signalling for the future for RGX..Seems like the countdown begins and our time to accumulate at these lowball prices will cease soon(late october).. Buy with both hands wide open folks!! imho, This will be the play of 2012..Blue skies ahead..GLTA..MMM$

Hi XXXXXX, We have been running the CTL process since February. We are very pleased with it. Otherwise we would not be doing a PEA. Operationally and on a personal level RGX and PRO work great together. We are both very pleased.

I believe the technology to be a "game-changer" for the industry. That simple.

Am I confident the deal will go through? Yes.

I need to be cautious to give predictions as to when I expect things will be ready - it tends to be twisted into a "promised delivery time under penalty of death" - it's not. It is when I expect things to be ready - there are no guarantees. There are a lot of factors and other players involved - lawyers, accountants, regulators, patent experts, etc. and they all need to be satisfied with what is being done.

So with that as a caveat, my expectation is that the deal will be finalized before the PEA. I expect the PEA to be completed (please see above caveat) by late October.
