PJZ99RE: RE: RE: NOW 6.5 cents The problem is not the SP, but rather how management has mismanaged our resources. And unfortunately I think they have not spun off Red Ore to protect themselves if Regcourt failed! So if Mr.Zamora is hired help at least they realize the mistake. I don't believe we have many institutional investors, so why shouldn't management put their hands in their pockets and buy back shares to hold the SP above 6.5? Plus, they should spin off Red Ore once and for all to shareholders. They at least would gain credibility, something they do not have at present. As for Regcourt we still have 5 or 6 holes to analyse, and we must come up with something to stay alive. When a company fails management usually abandons ship and leaves a bagholder. I hope it is not Mr. Zamora. What we are left with now is a slim hope we hit something, or at least something from management that indicates they think they have gold there, something tangible, not rhetoric-like a buyback. Then sell out to a company with resources near Regcourt and let them do the drillng and exploring. This team has no idea of what they are doing. They are financial guys not explorers until proved otherwise.
