i've been following this company

i've been following this companyon and off for the last couple of years--when i first started the company was in the early stages of developing its technology and has definitely accomplished quite a bit more since then. i really like the technology and the promise that it offers, however, i have to say that i am actually really disappointed with 3d technology in so far as what media devices are currently able to achieve. the three t.v.s are extremely poor in that images don't project out nearly as much as when you go to watch movies in the theater, the 3d game boy isn't the type of three d i would be expecting but more or less tries to give a feel that things are in 3d and i can only imagine what the rest of the things would be like in terms of video/dvd cameras, web cameras etc. as the actual three d projection has a long ways to go.

while i understand that isee 3d's role is to capture imagery via a single lens and prove that it is more cost effective and better, i think unless the other end of things drastically starts to improve there isn't much use of the technology with the exception of possibly utilizing the better images for the medical industries and industries where the technology can be fully used. digital film technology for the medical industry was emerging in about 2004 if i'm not mistaken because i invested in a medical device company that still used the old technology and would have probably done better if it had actually adapted their device to meet the new demands of digital tech so i think if isee 3d can pave in roads here this is where its strength can possibly lie. the rest, as i have mentioned is something in which the other devices need to improve on albeit three d tech has flooded the market--that is one thing, but the bigger thing is to know how strong and successful the sales are--there are no doubt early adopters and late accepters like me--hopefully there are more of the former or if not then hopefully the 3d tech improves relatively fast to avoid totally disappointing people like myself who would otherwise embrace it if it was far better than what it is currently today.

in case, i will be following this company and hope good things for it, but i haven't invested although i was really tempted to do so because of my overall disappointment with the currently available technology, but please know this doesn't have any bearing as to how i feel with what the company has to offer because as i had noted from the get go, they have accomplished a lot.
