RE: What is the value of Rose Central to Alderon?

RE: What is the value of Rose Central to Alderon?20% free carry? Giving away 80% of the project is not in the plans for Alderon. Why give away most of the project? They can raise the rest of capex from an offtake deal and from the equity market. Just because NML had to give away most of the project because of their monstrous capex requirements doesn't mean every other iron ore junior is going to take the same route. ADV will take the Consolidated Thompson route: one offtake deal for a minority interest in the project, then the long road into production.
