I also believe this deal is good.(do they have a choice)

if SHP prove this PLAY to be economical.

it could become a take over target.

much less complicated and attractive to buy a company with 100% interest  .

CIVC will still have 10% of the cie to profit on SHP finding.

also erase all Debt owed.
