I had UNX when the management screwed shareholders in the stockswap with HRT where UNX got a lousy 700 million for Namibia leases at then HRT SP. If they had waited for Chariot Oil and postive results they could have easily got 2 billion from a oil Major and retained 50% ownership.  I sold at $10 and shorted HRT which is an overpriced hyped penny stock. The original UNX shareholders who got in at .26 will just break even when HRT beomes a penny stock.
