RE: RE: $3 Handle

RE: RE: $3 Handle$3.00 - not going to happen...we are all trying to figure out whats happening.....we have seen the price affected by the general markets, lack of news from our activities, and perhaps a walkdown so that a major shareholder - (list provided earlier) could exit...why do they want to exit??? who knows exactly.....but there was a willing buyer for their 1.8 million shares in one block.......

Now the big question is, did anyone new join the club? or was it an existing shareholder?  Sedi provides no answers as of this AM. It will be a few days if it is a present reporting insider, otherwise we may not know for a bit if they stretch it out to the limit.....here is the current rule for reporting.

Specifically, with respect to transactions occurring after October 31, 2010, an insider report will now have to be filed within five calendar days rather than the previous 10 day deadline. Thus, insiders should ensure that they are prepared to comply with this new requirement. Note, however, that initial reports will still be subject to a 10 day deadline.

We all hope that we see the light when others dont...this is particularly dangerous.....not stupid, but risky......the market has radically changed its mind on the value of ATAC...why are we right when many of those around us have changed their minds......food for thought.

Cheers
MC
