Hi Goldeyes,

No I have not heard back from the HRG Board of  Directors regarding the complaint letter. Based on history, I was not expecting to. They have been very unresponsive in the past. Having said that, I believe past letters and complaints from myself and other shareholders  have resulted in them altering course. I am hopeful that there is enough pressure from independent HRG Board members along with the two regulators that Severstal/Nord discontinues its borrowing practices from HRG. We will know once the Q3 results are out  mid-November. Also, I expect  letting them know of our majority of minority share counts has  helped  dissuade them from any thoughts of  a  low ball offer.
