Call the Canadian/US Embassies Consulates DirectlyThey have Facebook pages, you can post there. Email addresses and phone numbers are listed all over all these websites too.
Canada investors: there are SA govt offices in Ottawa and Toronto. In the US: New York consulate is better to reach on this than Wash DC embassy.
In all cases, Make sure you get to the Ambassador's and Consul's personal secretary if you call, and leave a detailed message. They will convey their calls to appropriate SA govt officials
The emails and phones for SA's DTI (Dept of Trade and Industry) in South Africa can also be Googled www.thedti.gov.za I think it is. If you want to call SA directly.
Always be calm, identify yourself as a foreign investor in SA, give FIU's name and the full reason for your concern.
