RE: “1plusV” A French Company Sued Google for $421
The best I can tell from looking at ejustice's own web site is: they are in the business of creating web sites for law firms and getting them good rankings on search engines (search engine optimization). They don't say anything about search engines, so the "search engines" that Google "blacklisted" are presumably bogus collections of links to their own customers. Google is getting smarter about identifying content that users don't actually want, so parasitic SEO strategies sometimes completely lose their value when Google changes its algorithm. This happened to ejustice and they sued.
