Plan of Arrangement

Plan of ArrangementHi all:

I just got word from the company that they have not yet mail out the Plan of Arrangement yet.  However, they said that should be mailed out before this Friday September 30 (today's Wednsday already).

Look forward to read more about the Poseidon business.
