RE: Grades  Looking the data over, my layman's impression was as follows:

a)  The grades were certainly not "Bonanza" grades,
b) Even though these holes were drilled from underground where there had been or still was production, it still appeared to be a hit and miss affair. (That ties in, I guess, with the comments about narrow veins.)
c)  A few of the drill holes showed a positive "Dip", which I take to mean they were drilled upwards (?) in the mine roof.  If that is the case, then I guess "NSV" would  indicate that there's not much of value above them.
d)  The better looking results at San Rafael had azimuths in the southwest quadrant, so I assume that's the general direction they're headed.
e) All the holes at St Rafael were quite short, and must have been drilled just ahead of the the mining crews.

e) At  Las Cruz, the drill holes were almost entirely oriented towards the north-east .
f)  The exceptional results in LGS-02 were found less than 2 meters below the surface.  Literally underfoot?
