For the folks who put me on ignore since that last post ... personally I do not care... however, shows me that you cannot or are not willing to face facts... or you have an agenda.... simply put... so quick to judge... lol

Now Turr, My comments were based on information that I see in the written word ... they had nothing to do with you it was some of the comments that are posted in IV in general... I find them to be outlandish ... most are not based on facts... however, pure speculation of shall we say a dream... I try to deal in factual information... nothing more. SO there is nothing to that Statement that should get you all fired up... think rationally ...

The way I see things is if your going to post something please back it up with some curation of knowledge.

Warant ... thanks ... I try to be accurate in what I articulate, however, sometimes my opinion also get caught up in the tethered verbage... thanks for yours comments I do appreciate your posts ...

My comments posted towards YK were not directed at her specifically however more so at the comments as I find pervasive comments that are not based in facts are null and void ... my biggest problem here is that I do not read what I post, I just pummel away on the keyboard and post away, my intent here is not to bash an individual in any way shape or form that is not my motive... so if I have done so I apologize for that. As someone so elequently put it ... we all have our burdens to bare..

I stand by my statement where by some folks in IV have sort of been misleading folks in general by posting unfounded speculative in nature figures regarding what SHP is worth and what CIVC is worth in any given deal... I find this to be somewhat distorted and almost unforgiving because ... knowing what we all know this should not even be entertained given the history of both companies... NOTHING HAS BEEN PROVEN to date... CIVC has always been a highly speculative play as has SHP for that matter.... remember not long ago SPE was on the ropes themselves facing backruptcy and I posted a document in IV some time ago referencing that ... Also be reminded that CIVC has had it's share of troubles over the years and this is the first time it has been skirting the realms of demise... Over the years I have been ridiculed for bring up factual inforation about CIVC so much so I removed myself from this play long ago... I stopped posting in IV altogether ... and have cut back here immensely... this is not a sob story but factual because ... to me it does not matter wether or not your my friend I could care less... I have always been about posting factual information as I found it... what folks chose to do with it was of their own doing...

Anyway... like IV I have said I have been removing myself from here also as I do not have the time nor the inclination to try bolster up some ill fated carnation of a shell of a company...  To me it has always been about information and as accurate as possible... nothing more ..

I had always stated I am not here for friends... nor do I want to be ...

My final thought and I say it again now ... for those of you who want to believe in pie in the sky deals that is your problem... I have done what I can to bring what I thought be informative in the past ... and yes we all have misteps ... and I had one in my previous post... and for that I apologize...

I truly wish each of you the very best in your investments... including this if your still in... I hope that for those who are still in this play that some miricle comes to pass ... I would myself still vote no to this deal ... I think it is a bad one for retailers... I do not beleive that anyone will realize anything of major gains moving forward... I am of the opinion this play is pretty much over... your best chance is to Vote no...

I will say this as you all know that I am long winded those folks that are saying they are buying and continue to buy at these levels .. ask them to show prove ... they can paste proof here or in IV without showing their identites ... As the famous Ronald Reagan would say...  " Trust, Yet Verify "  ..... end quote... DO NOT FOLLOW or believe what folks say blindly... because guaranteed they will be misleading you ...  TRUTH AND HONOR ladies and gentlemen.... Truth and Honor....

now with that I will end this diatribe...

Knowledge is always KING ... and money will follow...
