Secondly, when sentiment and market indicators are bad, you have a significantly greater odds than 50/50. The ignores I get are psychological in nature, as it's obvious when people are losing money, they don't like to read information that makes them feel even worse about their decision. I'd probably do the same thing if I was losing money and someone posted comments like "Things are going to get worse". It's out of sight out of mind philosophy. You can't run from the facts though. Besides, like I said, I've had over a dozen emails over the past 3 days from people asking me questions about short positions or defensive stocks, to which I have answered. Fact of the matter is, I've made money the past 6 months on my short positions. I've been 100% bang on in my calls. It's not about how many friends you have on stockhouse, or how many ignores you have. For me, it's about how much profit I earn on my money. That's the only thing that matters.
