EXPLORATION PLANS ARE OF....the greatest importance to Mello... he doesn't want to give up cash to close other deals, that interfere with his MASTER PLAN... this is good and bad, we may give up some operational control because of this.... but he is very clear on the point that WE CHOSE THE RUSSIANS>>> not the other way around.  So if you trust Mello than time to quit bashing TNK:BP..   He is also trying to clarify very CLEARLY that he can not comment on anything that IS NOT SIGNED yet... but doesn't mean it isn't, been on going for over 5 months.. and now must finalize it.  He is also happy with Petra, and as of now it is 100% HRT in control
