For production to happen by Q3 2012, a lot of those events and receipt of permits should be happening in the next 4 to 6 months. Check out LIM's press releases from the last 2 years and you can see a realistic production timeline.

LIM's DSO project is the perfect model for NML. Deposits are right next to each other, similar quality deposits, similar production goals, same rail spur they are cooperating to build, same dealings with QNSL slash IOC, same port.
