Asset Sales to Strengthen Balance SheetCould it be that a sale of some non-core assets is the works - and that is why they obtained the NCIB? Might just be wishful thinking on my part.

If not, I sure think they should look seriously at that. Even if you sold the NE BC gas assets (that are not producing any cash flow and in fact costing money to maintian the leases) even at a discount, you would think the company would be ahead of the game using the cash to buy back these deep discount PBN shares.  Even if they don't end up with a lot of cash since they will have to pay some money back to the banks - they strengthen the balance sheet - and that seems to be at the core of our problems.
