iphone sucks

iphone sucks
I just bought 500 shares at $23,75 a week back or so because  the price appeared just  too good.  Not convinced to  go in big time though because some pretty significant risk.   Since then, I have been watching this board.

My wife and I have been BB users for about 5 years.  We use them heavlly for business.  Recently, she is sudduced by the iphone marketing machine and she gets an iPhone4.  The thing gets crappy or no reception all over the place when she never had problem with BB.  Now, she is regretting the decision to change big time.  Customer service service tells her to wave it around or get a case.  Are you kidding me?

I look at several blogs and I see this is a problem with these phones.  I can't figure out why BB does not have a competiive advanatage just because the iPhone does not work all the time.  really, a mystery to me - good apps or not.
