"I am at a bit of a loss to understand why such a small price move on such incredibly promising news"

In a normal market we would have taken off with this news. GCU keeps proving that they have a monster deposit. However, the markets are far from normal. Funds are getting killed...Fund managers will be losing their jobs! All funds are dumping all their Jr's no matter what the price is. Look at "CAN" "ORT" "RR" etc....Major funds are dumping and hitting the bid at a relentless pace. Everytime someone thinks..hmmm this looks like the bottom...then the share price gets pumled again! There is no drive in the markets these days..It is run by fear, and fear only. GCU has still not taken a beating like everyone else..but will we?? I hope I am wrong, but I think we will. What happens when Cormark, Fraser Mack, GMP etc have to start selling off positions so they can cover their exposure to bad debts etc?? It will be relentless!! We keep talking about Inwentash and his buying power. I have been told that he is highly levereged. What happens when he has to get out? We are not in a financial crisis..we are in the midst of the start of the biggest meltdown in history!

Take a look at the chart for the dow below. Notice any similarities in the chart in sept-Oct 2008 and were we sit right now?? History always repeats itself.

I am not trying to scare anyone. For all I know we can wake up tomorrow and all is fine and dandy. You need to start asking yourself am I in a financial position to wait this out if it takes a year, 2 years 3 years etc?? You and only you can decide that.
