RE: L.L. news should be outCopper and copper miners have been hit hard recently and the some 0.4% E-copper at LL is not that economically friendly.  

So the deal is likely made with significant discount. But nevertheless a bit more cash will certainly let NAG survive longer and pay CEO more.
