I agree Cabbie. The most important part of your comments is #2 IMO. It makes sense that the other Tier 1 infringements should be addressed regardless of the LG outcome and I hope Wi-Lan continues the process if the LG decision gets dragged on in the courts. My only reservation is that the other Tier 1 companies adopt a manufacturing method similar to LG's that, at least according to the Magistrate, circumvented the 402 patent infringement.
