Its Vista Hermosa Solar Parks are located in the village of Vista Hermosa, Corregimiento de Pueblos Unidos, Aguadulce district, Cocle Province. Through its subsidiary Generacion Andina SAC, it owns 8 de Agosto, a Run of River hydroelectric operation.

RE: News - Our CFO Quit?John O'Neill was awful on an investor conference call earlier in the year. Couldn't answer simple questions from analysts (seemed to not understand what they were really asking) and not a good speaker. Not ready for prime time. Good riddance.
