How low can we go??
If we value AXL for its oil production only, that is ignoring the value of its gas assets and
prospective Cardium lands we can get to a
.00 price should the oil price keep falling.
Using an oil price of $80.00 one could value AXL at $80,000 per flowing barrel. This would
produce a stock value of : (($80,000 x 3,000b/d) - 162 in debt) / 172 sh o/s =
.45 per share.
If we use an oil price of $70.00 one could value AXL at $64,000 per flowing barrel. This would
produce a stock value of : (($64,000 x 3,000b/d) - 162 in debt) / 172 sh o/s =
.175 per share.
At a little lower than $70.00 could see a very very low stock price.
