Not sure why some of you are getting so confused about the meaning of "in the coming weeks".  2-3 weeks and they should be done with the 2nd hole.  7 weeks until the TLE vote.  Not too long after that until they officially double the resource.
Maybe some of you didn't read all of it, or maybe you just want to paraphrase, but nowhere did it state that all this was happening in a couple of weeks.
