Days ahead

Days aheadVette a few questions.
1. Could the closing of the PP be delayed because of the price drop from $1.50, If i was taking this PP and the stock dropped by a third, i would want it adjusted for more shares at a lower price./shr. ? Just wondering if this possible.

2. What circumstance would put the BD in a blackout besides possible takeout negotiations.  Would the Titan knowledge, drill results or more land claims be also included. Anything else that you might include?
3. Employee options exercised at $1.69 seems like it would of been  a  support level, all under water. I would imagine this will quickly change in the days ahead. Ernesto will make sure his employees make money not lose.
4. When do you expect more drill results in a week or more? Titan hopefully next week.
5 I dont expect insiders to totally support the stock but external buyers [institutions incl.] on exceptional NR's.
The downtrend needs to be broken or we will stay here sideways until we get closer to Dec, so here is hoping on
this trend changing quickly before we get stuck in this range and allow the forces that have been playing with us and giving them cheap shares, We need them to pay more and help us change this trend. They have made a ton of money and if we can put a NR that gaps the share price up, they will be running for cover and we will be back in the $1.30's in a day or 2. Thx:  your response would be appreciated especially for #1, If this PP was closed i dont think the stock would have dropped as much. Maybe some believe the PP wont close at this price. or will be surprised by  Ernesto buying millions more in the market at these prices. It seems insiders have enough, but a bargain is a bargain and they wont be able to control themselves by large purchases. Now that would be the best signal of all.
