RE: RE: Insiders continue to buy

RE: RE: Insiders continue to buyRio Alto has two categories of workers: directly contracted and sub-contracted. The sub-contracted are a minoriy and work for Grana y Montero (the sub-contractor). The sub-contracted initiated this movement, they want to earn more money, some rumors say they are asking for the same money that "jornaleros" make at Lagunas Norte (Barrick's gold mine really close to La Arena). Most of this "jornaleros" come from Huamachuco, the closest city to this projects...Fleeing FYI they were also trying to incorporate the jornaleros from Sahuindo on this (derrailed for now) little strike...so the good news is that it was only about money, not about community issues, not about environmental issues....I've been long here for a lot time but if things are getting better we should aknowledge it has to feel better for everybody, including the local jornaleros...it's only a few soles more, it wont brake the company for sure...
