The Company’s gold projects include the Jefferson Canyon Gold project and the Tip Top Gold project, both located in Nevada, U.S., and the Gold Chain project located in Arizona, U.S. In addition, the Company holds approximately 32.3% interest in the Greyhound Project, Nunavut, Canada under a joint venture by Agnico Eagle Mines Limited. The Tip Top Gold project is located in Esmeralda County, Nevada at the north end of the White Mountains, five miles south of Montgomery Pass, which is on United States Highway 6 between Bishop, California, and Tonopah, Nevada. The Gold Chain project consists of 15 patented claims, covering approximately 282 acres and 379 lode claims on BLM land comprising about 7,480 acres (3,027 Ha).

AUU had the 250k ready (I know this from good sources)
But PanAm said wait I minute, hold that money, let's take a deeper look at the Technical Report, it looks some incosistencies in there, so the report may be back to the lab, so technically PanAm still have a chance for the buy-back...I'm just speculating, but I guess the problem is not the resources, the problem is this fucking complex JV that even Intrepid may be asking for a bigger cut know, even if they stopped contributing money (if you carefully read the JV agreement, the JV is between Intrepid and PanAm, later AUU get a MOU with Intrepid to go 50/50, that's why I would love to take a deep look at both documents to see the details)
