RE: RE: Takeover RumourBut Petrobank holds a 58% controlling interest in PBN. Would a potential buyer not have to try and take out both firms to get at Petrobakken or they would have to get the support of Petrobank before an offer is made for the outstanding 42% of PBN shares?
