RE: RE: RE: RE: Has Anything Really Changed?Highwired 7:

If one goes back as far as November 4, 2009, it can be seen that W. Zhang and J. Ruguymynteto were directors of DLKM along with Harp Sangha.

From the November 5, 2009 filing:

'[T]he Board of Directors and Executive Officers are now comprised of the following:"

[Filings]

You will note that all four directors the above listed directors occupied their positions prior to the arrival of Mr. Mengi, which was September 21, 2010. [See Filing by person(s) reporting owned shares of common stock in a public company > 5%, dated November 26, 2010].

Prior to the replacement of Harp Sangh as CEO and Director, the Board of directors consisted off 7 members, four of which were associated with the Harp Sangha administration of the company as recorded above in the November 4, 2009 filing. Mr. Menji , although a director, did not control the voting power on the board until all of those four directors, Mr. Sangha, Joseph Rugumyamheto, Wenqin Zhang, and Herminder Rai, were removed from the board, which was accomplished on September 22, 2011.

With the "purchase" of Mr. Mengi's properties by DLKM, Mr. Mengi became the major shareholder of DLKM.
Subsequent to his arrival, the current members of the Board of Directors were placed into their positions.
