In layman terms, scare the living daylights out of legitimate shareholders, buyer comes in and offers a premium to takeover the company for cheap, shareholders jump ship on first sight from getting frazzled from the SP performance, but it's all a gimmick. It's a good thing Jeff has kept an eye on the holder distribution. I've seen other company's get "robbed" from this kind of activity.
