You have raised a good point.  We need to know did Rosneft purchase Sintez 70% of block 1711.
It states they purchased 100% of Sintez licenses in Black & Anzo Sea.  It does not say they purchased
anything in Namibia   BUT  page 3 of link goes on to say "The Namibian property could be more
promising in the Medium Term as SW Africa is a well developed oil & gas Province".  certainly suggesting
that license in Namibia as part of the deal.  We need confirmation and clarification.
