RE: TS Means Rail Spur A GO!!!I disagree, I believe management will hold off on moving forward with the "New Rail SPUR" even with the new CF in place.
They need to complete the Supersections first, assure the ramp up of the coal production to support sustained contacts, I think once this is done customer contacts will be signed in a heart beat. When they complete the needed for the SuperSections and are assured of the 3 million production rate and get a quarter or two under their belt they can discuss the SPUR, until then having the cash in the bank for further reserve on top of the operations cash reserve, and open CF now is the most prudent thing this management can do to assure share holders they are in great shape no matter the outcome of world issues.
