Money Flow

Money Flow High frequency traders, hedgies, institutional investors, and large individual investers moving money out to the safe haven of U.S. denominated holdings are not getting a return that is going to keep them there long. Their returns are negligible or even negative with inflation eating away their returns. As soon as they see the tide turn they will be back into good small cap companies that have had the best returns of everything else. The venture capital stock are the ones perform the best when things are going well and are the first to get hit hard when things are going bad and the good small caps with capital, good assets, good management and in development get the broad brush treatment along with all the crappy small caps on the venture exchange. The good small caps like Baja become attractive and all that money the fled is watching and waiting to return and they will return to all the good small caps like Baja.
