Today for my dear old mother at $9.69 locking in a 12.8% div. and, when it goes back to the low $12s will have a 25% capital gain...this happened because the co. is wise enough to care about it's shareholders and put out a news release contradicting the rumors the shorts were spreading.

This has always been a classy co., in my opinion, and what they sell is,in many parts of north america, crucial to a decent existence...best of luck to all in this unsettling time....chunky
