RE: RE: Ormat Comparison

RE: RE: Ormat ComparisonJulien
I fear it is now too late for RPG mgmt to conduct a 20 cent financing since we are already almost there in price after the failure of the Sinclair market support program.  Since I estimate they will need to raise in excess of 50 million to pay off the company killer "bridge" loan that Sprott has around their neck plus granted contingency for overruns, financing cost, and accrurals they will need approximately 65-70 million.  The market will not accept such a huge financing at the current market price.
I predict now that they will be issuing at least 450 million shares at 15 cents per share with full warrants at 20-22.5 cents.  This is the sad reality of a deeply troubled company with incompetent management and no regard for shareholders.  The only thing consistent about Ram Power is the fact that they have a miraculous ability to disappoint investors over and over again.
See you guys at 15 cents, Comic hope you can still afford diapers.
