RE: NEWS THIS MORNING!

RE: NEWS THIS MORNING!Thanks for posting the news release, northerngirl.

It is nice to get some positive news. There are finally some timelines on when the company will be back at mining and milling, as well as mention of what is "envisioned" for the long term.  The envisioned part is just that, there's a lot of exploration and development success required before a 15 year TPF will be an issue. The news on the restart is what shareholders have been waiting for. At some point in 2012, assuming mill operation near capacity, we will get some financial information, on which to assess the minority shareholders' position. By that time there should be an updated NI43-101 report on reserves and resources. Also may have more drilling results on the Shaw Dome and other properties. There has been almost a one year period with no positive news. Hopefully, now we might see some progress that will add to future potential and offset some of the losses that have diluted the shareholders' position.

I'm pleased that management got out this news release, I still question why they could not have previously mentioned when such an update could be expected - no matter how much time might be involved. Knowing when critical information might be forthcoming is better than six months silence. Shareholders and the market begin to get the idea that management is not concerned with the minor shareholders. Getting that kind of a reputation does no good for anyone involved. We have a neighbour that is finding this out.
