Here's what they are doing right...
- Regular news releases, sticking to a schedule, drilling for gold
- Hopefully get some news on results soon
- Appear to have hired a good CFO -- someone capable of running the public side of the company in Vancouver

Here's what they did wrong...
- They don't know how to promote -- therefore no promotion, no promotion, no promotion, no promotion (did I repeat it enough times???)
- They shouldn't have fired Harp Sangha's derriere out the door, but kept him on board to promote DLKM
- If they kept Harp S on board, he wouldn't be blowing all his .05 cent stock out between .15 and .35 to I assume fund his new deal because he would still be engaged on DLKM

Here's the Reality of this Stupid Situation...
- Every time there is volume the former insiders blow out cheap paper -- yes by insiders I mean HS and whoever else was pigging out at the insider trough before they were no longer insiders
.
Here's what the market did...
- Another 2008 all over again. Markets in the tank. Nothing DLKM could have done about that.

Bottom Line About DLKM...
Old insiders sure haven't helped by whacking their paper out the door every time there is volume. And if Douglas Boatang and Reginald Menghi had thought this through a bit more and kept Harp Sangha on board with perhaps the title of "Founder and Chairman Emeritus", then they would have accomplished two things...
- They wouldn't have a wall of paper hitting them and driving the stock down
- They would have had a great goodwill embassador promoting the company

Instead they have neither promotion nor the ability to control Harp and former insiders from dumping their cheap paper.

With SHlT like this happening, no wonder investors hate OTC BB stocks. Issuing that cheap paper would never fly here with the ASC (Alberta Securities Commission) or in BC with the BCSC (British Columbia Securities Commission).

All of the above is IMHO. and based on what I have heard from people close to the former and current insiders. But some of it may not be true.
