Where is the PR on this?  Why does MM even discuss the "zero chance" of the deal falling through.  If it were completed, signed, sealed and delivered, then there is no reason to enertain any questions about the "deal falling through" because the deal is "closed."  Such questions are only brought up by inexperienced business journalists or experienced ones who know when a deal is done vs. a deal almost done.

I do not believe it is done (signed, sealed, delivered done) based on the report, no PR from HRT and since HRT said the head of TNK-BP is coming to Brazil in a few weeks to "close the deal."
