interesting discrepancy

interesting discrepancyI am quite interested in knowing where the short position is at thesedays and am curious how the next round of OTC numbers (where 67 millionshorts were reported in mid Sept) looks.

There is some funky stuff happening around the short position.
TSX short numbers are under 5 million. OTC short numbers can be seenhere (ticker YLWPF which is the pink sheets issue of yellow media):

... they are around 67 million effective Sept 15 and probably much lower now.

The share lending market "borrowed shares" (generally a reflection of short position) is here:
https://www.dataexplorers.com/products/data

(Ticker YLO and search)

However, the thing that I find interesting is that between end of Julyand Sept 15, TSX shorts stay about the same, OTC shorts drop from 81million to 67 million or about 14 million shares. However, in that same timeframe, Data explorers share lending numbers drop from 140million to 80 million by about 60 million shares. Why is there such amassive drop in borrowed shares when there is a relatively modest dropin short position.

This would seem to indicate that there has also possibly been a large naked short position which we don't see on the TSX numbers. Pinecone has seemed pretty convinced that TD has got a large naked short position and I'm really starting to really buy into the notion that at least a couple of the large players that pay the analysts here in Canada do indeed have significant naked short positions. The huge discrepancies between the share lending market and the reported short positions do certainly smell a bit rank....

PS: It's also really interesting that to get your post ranked really low on this board, all you have to do is simply MENTION the anomalies in the short position. I'm generally not much into conspiracy theories but...
