From what I can see, they are staking a gold claim in a historic area for mining in a safe jurisdiction. Not a 43-101 resource, but historical evidence to suggest gold could be there. Basically, this was a cheap purchase that barely changes their cash position but gives them unlimited upside for a dime and a song. Whatever selling that occurred today should be limited.
