A feasibility study isn't the final word on an innovative project. Good projects have positive feasibility studies. Plenty of bad projects have positive feasibility studies too. Investors don't want to be pioneers, they just want to make money. Has a project like this been done before anywhere in the world? Have other companies built similar projects in the same area? How much did it cost them? How long did it take them? How long did the regulatory process take for those companies? Without real world comparisons and models of successful mines the feasibility study is just a guess.
