RE: Celebration

RE: CelebrationGusmaran or anyone else who cares to comment.

Much has been said about the payment for Perta’s 45%, but I am curious as to the front side of the deal with regards to the incurred exploration cost and the projected costs moving forward.

I was a UNX investor and thus not up on all of the agreements between Petra and HRT over the past 2 years.

  1. Was Petra paying for any of the exploration/drilling cost?
  2. If not, will BP pay for HRT for any of the costs incurred up to this point?
  3. Moving forward, will BP be responsible for any of the exploration cost and if so, how dose this affect HRT’s cash flow model moving forward.

If Petra was not paying for anything, and now BP is on the hook for 45% of the cost moving forward, that is worth way more than the $1 Billion in upfront payments and should be a good trigger for moving the stock price.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
