Elected a bunch of John Does that No one has ever heard of  ? Why did the lawyer , the Investment banker and Gupta Leave ( only credible guy )....they didin't like what they saw ?
Who cares about single lens while the two lens system is accepted and is currently generating revenues for JVC, Sony and Panasonic ?
Wonder what Discovery and UBI soft will think when they get a copy of this PR  and find out their names are being thrown around ?
Why are they still continuing their selective disclosure ? Mr. X was fired and they still haven't announced it 
That might be the glass is half full way to look at it but I look at it this way.  It is the only way a management group that has been totally disfunctional, arrogant and negligent can con another few unwitting investors into parting with their cash and buying in.  They will then use the cash to pay their big salaries for another year, do nothing and when the money is starting to dry up do it all over again.  Believe me, they are not trying to do anything for the investors, they are just lining their own pockets.  You just have to look at past history ( Dwight Romanica).  It's what you get when you allow a Vancouver crooks  to run a Tech company that he never understood.  It is at best a shell game.  They have used up all of the money they have conned out of investors so far and completed absolutely nothing, why would this BOD be any different?  
They will continue to get paid big salaries, bonuses and stock options to sit on their butts and collect money from fools who don't know better.  Am I pissed?  Yea,
