After looking over the list I would concur. 
There seems to be a definite attitude of entitlement in corporate circles and shareholders can be marginalized as a result. It takes something pretty significant to get enough angst going that shareholders will take such a radical step but I see it for the better.
They have some good technology - now they need to push management to either perform or get out of the way  - looking forward to seeing how it develops.
