 natural gas prices have a greater probability of going up from these levels than down and if someone locks in their mtge. for 5 years and does the same with their heating and energy costs, they have surety. they can budget and completely understand their cash requirements for that timeframe.

This is , and since it's inception has been a solid company showing year over year growth and a number of div./ dist. increases....what's not to like......chunky
