RE: chm.to cheaper than thisNice hole. Moire Lake is much, much closer to the QNSL than Champion's other properties (it's actually just a few miles southwest of Alderon's Kami). It looks like a better flagship property than Fire Lake: better grades and better existing infrastructure.

ADV is more valued by the market than CHM because of the rail access issue. ADV concentrating on developing one property with the perfect access to infrastructure will probably win the last hunk of QNSL rail capacity over Champion, which scatters its attention on multiple properties, each with imperfect access to infrastructure.
