Yes, I haven't been tracking them much but just have a look yourself:

Enter the tickers for the prefs (YLO.PR.C for example) that you hold and it will give you shares on loan. There is some latency (I think it's a couple of days) and shares on loan is not exactly the same as short position although generally closely related
