 The fact that the oustanding shares is up so little does not change my view because when they bought the issue it was stock + warrants so when so sell to protect your profit (from the warrants) you sell your stock that you already have and wait until the last moment to exercise your warrants thereby keeping your cash for a couple of months. And like I metioned the general market and economy as something to do with the price drop but with the news that came out the last few months this stock should be much higher even in a down market. So before you get all knowing maybe you should understand trading in these situation.
