As it turns out Consolidated taking all this PP looks like them reloading to replace millions of warrants that expired on them, due to the delay, caused by these nasty divorce proceedings.
IMO, they still believe in this mine, as they paid 6 cents a share, to reload on 10 cent warrants.

So we have more dilution now, but the delay in advancing this project, has cost them an almost
equal number of warrants to expire.

Now perhaps, mgmt. will try to INCREASE shareholder value to pay their fines and legal costs. LOL
